    Health Insurance:
    We currently have coverage through United Healthcare, Prescription drug coverage, and dental insurance
    Retirement Plan:
    We provide employees with option to participate in our 401K. Our plan has a generous match with immediate vesting.
    Flexible Spending Accounts:
    Our FSA allows you to set aside tax-free dollars to pay for certain expenses including deductibles, copays, and child care
    Paid Time Off:
    We provide all employees with 2 weeks PTO (paid time off) to start. This benefit increases with time served with our company
    Professional Liability Insurance:
    Cost paid entirely by the company
    Holidays:
    We provide 7 paid holidays per year

    Courses must be approved in advance and related to the company's business
